Eczema is a red, itchy, noncontagious inflammation of the skin. Eczema may

Pharm-Aloe® Whole Leaf Aloe Vera contains gibberellins and polysaccharides, which
effectively decrease inflammation and promote wound healing. Aloe Vera also
contain lignins which penetrate the skin and cary the healing effect into the
tissue. Aloe Vera is an effective pain reliever as it contains salicylic
acid which is the same pain killing agent found in aspirin. Aloe Vera also helps reduce scar tissue.
